Why I made Time Pebbles
Plan the priority before the precise time.
Scheduling “Practice guitar” every Tuesday from 2:00 to 3:00 can make it start to feel like homework. A Pebble lets you keep the intention visible, then make a real plan when your time and energy line up.
Choose the activity first. Place it when you’re ready.
How it works
A plan in three gentle steps.
Enough structure to turn an intention into action, without deciding every detail too early.
Create a Pebble
Give an activity a name, duration, and one of your Google Calendar colors. You can change any of them later.
Keep it visible
Maintain a small, reorderable list of what matters now.
Place it when it fits
Drag it onto Week view or choose Place on calendar for an exact time.
See it in motion
Give priorities a place — when you’re ready.
Keep a Pebble visible, then place it in an open part of your week. You choose the moment; it becomes a real Calendar event.
- Create once, reuse anytime
- Drag or choose an exact time
- Keep the Calendar event you create
Built for flexible priorities
Enough structure. Less pressure.
Reusable by default
Create Pebbles once and place them whenever they’re useful.
Focused, not overwhelming
Keep up to 20 active Pebbles—enough room for what matters without letting the list become too much.
Two ways to place
Drag directly or select an exact block with Place on calendar.
Priorities can change
Reorder your active list as your week changes.
Set aside, not lost
Archive Pebbles and restore them whenever they matter again.
Your events stay yours
Deleting a Pebble doesn’t affect Calendar events already created from it.
Trust, without the fine-print fog
Private by design, clear by default.
